• Service Area: We are pleased to offer delivery services throughout the entire United States.

• Contiguous U.S. Shipping: Free and website-quoted shipping rates apply exclusively to the lower 48 states (Contiguous United States).

• Non-Contiguous U.S. & Canada: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada may be cost-prohibitive. Please contact us directly at support@aegonironwork.com for a customized shipping quote before placing your order.

• International Shipments: Customers are solely responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, and customs fees on international shipments.

Carrier and Logistics

• Carrier Selection: Aegon Iron Work utilizes reputable carriers, including, but not limited to, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier selected for your order will depend on the item size, weight, and necessary transit times to ensure efficient delivery.

• Address Requirements: We are unable to ship products to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes). Please ensure you enter a valid physical street address and a valid email address during checkout.

Transfer of Risk and Limitation of Liability

• Risk of Loss and Damage: AEGON IRON WORK is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged after the product has been transferred to the carrier. Risk of loss and title for all purchased items pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

• Claims for Loss or Damage: We include insurance with all of our shipments. Issues regarding lost or damaged items must be reported directly to the delivery carrier by the customer to file an insurance claim. We are happy to assist you with necessary claim information if needed.

• Delivery Timeframes: We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for delayed delivery times caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing, but we will assist where possible.
