Shipping and Return Policy

This Shipping & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from IMUR USA LLC, doing business as Aegon Iron Work ("Aegon Iron Work," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping
Free and website-quoted shipping applies only to the lower 48 states (U.S.).
IMUR USA LLC dba Aegon Iron Work delivery options include, but are not limited to, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier used will depend on order size, weight, and transit times. We can deliver our products anywhere in the United States. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be cost-prohibitive; please contact us for a quote. We are unable to ship to post office boxes. We also offer shipping to Canada; please contact us for a quote.
Tracking information will be updated as soon as a shipping label is issued. Customers must enter a valid email address during checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as taxes, duties, and import fees on international shipments.
IMUR USA LLC dba Aegon Iron Work is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once the order has been transferred to the carrier. All shipments are insured, and any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are happy to assist customers with carrier claims when needed.
Order Completion & Lead Times
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Current lead times range from 5 to 25 business days, depending on product type, availability, and stock levels.
Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon delivery for damage, missing components, or potential installation issues. Any issues must be reported within the timeframe specified in this policy.
If installation will occur more than 30 days after delivery, customers are still required to inspect the product upon receipt and report any concerns within the policy timeframe. Failure to do so may result in denial of warranty or return claims.
Warranty & Replacement Information
IMUR USA LLC dba Aegon Iron Work warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Hardware, accessories, latches, lights, and similar components are not covered under the warranty. Any modifications, improper installation, or misuse will void the warranty. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered.
Powder coating is covered by a one-year warranty from the order date. Other finishes are not covered.
Shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, and import fees for returned products are not covered by Aegon Iron Work.
Powder Coating Shipping Damage Reimbursement Policy
Purpose
This policy outlines our good-faith commitment to assist customers who experience powder coating damage caused during shipping.
Eligibility
Damage must be the direct result of shipping
Photographic evidence must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery
Damage must affect the finish or functionality of the product
Reimbursement Amount
Reimbursement is limited to $100.00 per order and will be issued as either:
A refund to the original payment method, or
Store credit (customer choice)
A valid invoice or receipt from a professional powder coating service is required.
Exclusions
Damage caused after delivery, including installation errors, misuse, accidents, environmental exposure, or modifications, is not eligible. Reimbursement will not exceed $100.00 under any circumstance.
Returns (Non-Klarna Purchases)
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from delivery. All returns require prior approval and an issued RMA number. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned products must include all original components and hardware. Missing parts may result in additional charges.
Klarna Purchases – Shipping & Return Disclaimer
The following terms apply exclusively to purchases made using Klarna and are intended to support merchant protection policies.
Right to Return (Klarna Only)
Customers who purchase using Klarna may return eligible products within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the item is:
Unopened
Unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition (required for sanitary and safety reasons)
Free Return Shipping (Klarna Only)
Qualifying Klarna returns are eligible for free return postage.
Klarna Return Restrictions
For Klarna purchases:
No restocking fees apply
No store credit or exchanges are offered
Refunds only are issued
Refund Processing (Klarna Only)
Approved Klarna refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of return inspection and are issued directly through Klarna. Processing times may vary based on Klarna and financial institutions.
Order Cancellation
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Orders canceled after this window may already be in production or shipping and may not be eligible for cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
If an IMUR USA LLC dba Aegon Iron Work product fails to function as warranted, maximum liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product or component under normal use conditions.
Aegon Iron Work shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, wages, business interruption, loss of use, or economic loss. This limitation applies regardless of claim type, including warranty, contract, negligence, or strict product liability claims.
This limitation remains effective even if the possibility of such damages was known or foreseeable. Additional rights may vary by jurisdiction.
